Medical Experience. Personal Care.

Dr Michael Aigner has many years of clinical and surgical experience across almost all areas of urology. As former Head of Urology at Brixen Hospital, with around 3,500 procedures performed, he brings extensive specialist expertise to his private practice. This experience shapes not only his approach to medical questions, but also the way he works with the people who place their trust in him.

Since June 2024, Dr Aigner has been practising as a private urologist in South Tyrol. In his private practices, he combines the experience gained in a hospital setting with what is often difficult to provide in everyday medical care: time to listen, clear answers and specialist advice that helps patients understand their options and make informed decisions.
